Anthony M. DaDante, CEO - Biography

The Change Execution Group
Anthony (Tony) DaDante is a widely recognized thought leader in the Global Business arena. He is the CEO of the highly acclaimed global consulting company; The Change Execution Group. His clients include such companies as Mattel, HP, Honeywell, Raytheon, Applied Materials, CBRE, Harley-Davidson, Jacobs Engineering, and BP. In the field of Organizational Change, he is thought of as a 'game changer' as evidenced by his involvement in global transformations at a variety of companies. His provocative approach and deft intervention style has allowed him and the firm to make enormous contributions to the client companies he partners with. Throughout the world his work is relied on to help companies bring the undiscussables front and center thus allowing them to change corporate cultures faster as well as generate consistent returns on their Human Capital investments.

In addition, he is called on to assist troubled executives who have let their egos, and value systems become compromised. His executive coaching assignments touch every continent and include work with Public and Private Sector leaders and numerous celebrity CEO’s. With a resume that speaks to executive roles in Human Resources, Manufacturing and Marketing at such companies as Mattel Toys, HP, Harley-Davidson, and Allied Signal. His most recent assignment was as VP/GM of the NASCAR business for the Hot Wheels brand. Tony has leveraged this diverse background to provide invaluable counsel across the globe. In addition to his corporate career, Tony is affiliated with Hall of Fame athelete Thurman Thomas in a Sports marketing venture that targets Hall of Fame athletes and companies needing to build their brands.

Tony is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute and SUNY Buffalo where he excelled as a student athlete. He went on to study Organizational Change and Strategy at Harvard, Bowling Green and Marquette Universities and received his MBA from Boston College where he is a guest lecturer in both their MBA and Undergraduate business programs. He is currently co-authoring a book called Disconnected nonfiction work that exposes the 'Executive Ego' and tells of what truly goes on in the corner office. Tony’s passion is clearly with the underdog and this work will help edify the readers on how these destructive executive tendencies can destroy innocent families careers and livelihoods. It will soon become mandatory reading for up and coming executives who want to avoid the pitfalls of fame and fortune.

Tony resides in Orlando, FL, with his wife Judy and their Golden Retrievers. An avid fisherman and martial artist, Tony continues to do work in the gang intervention field and fund raising for breast cancer research.
