Tony DaDante, President & CEO

Most often today the difference between a company and its competitors is the ability to execute. If your competitors are executing better than you then their beating you! At CEG we know that Execution is now tested on a quarterly basis and not just by the numbers. Securities analysts look to see whether a company is showing progress, if it’s not, then billions of dollars of market capitalization is at risk.

In our work with Fortune 50 clients as well as in our small mom and pop and not for profit businesses we believe with total certainty that 'Execution' is the greatest unaddressed issue in business today. The Change Execution Group was created because it believes that Execution is much more than tactics. It is both a discipline and system. We see our company’s main role as helping our clients build execution in to their strategy, goals, and certainly their culture. Our signature work in developing executives focuses on helping leaders design strategies that are road maps rather than rigid paths that sit in fat STRAP books on dusty shelves. In that regard we created our patented (MIB) Making it Better™ process because most efforts at cultural change fail because they are not linked to improving business outcomes. We believe that changing culture is not touchy feely but rather it’s directly correlated to the rigor upheld when changing the beliefs and behaviors of the people in ways that are directly linked to bottom line results. Our most prominent tenet is a fundamental belief by our team at CEG that creating an 'execution based culture' requires robust candor;  one that brings reality to the surface through openness, candor, and informality. Truth over harmony!

Tony has carefully crafted a best in class pedigree. With strong educational success at Boston College, Bowling Green and SUNY Buffalo; combined with Executive Roles at Mattel Toys, Hewlett Packard, AlliedSignal and Harley-Davidson. Some of today’s most reputable global firms credit Tony with helping them redefine their respective competitive landscapes. His leading edge work in Organizational Change and Execution has landed him numerous honors and speaking engagements around the globe.

Besides Mr. DaDante’s accomplishments in the work and academic space, his achievements in his off hours are impressive; earning professional status as a racquetball player, bass tour fisherman and lifetime mixed martial artist. His love for golden retrievers and golfing is only matched with his unselfish work with inner city gangs and raising money for breast cancer research.

Today based in Orlando, Florida Tony continues to travel the globe making a difference.
